I'm back, but I've moved.

As I read through some of these comments, I've realized that I left a lot of you out to dry over the last few months. Well, I felt that the name I had chosen was too limiting, albeit the majority of my new posts on the new site are electro-related, it's not all about music as it is about a certain type of entertainment. Anyways, I'll be adding new tracks to the new site as often as I can, and of course you can link back here for the older stuff.

Thanks for the support.

Friday Knight

Amazing remix of this guitar hero track. I was gonna do it if no one else did; just aswell, i would have butchered it.

Enjoy.

Platinum Sunday

Just got back from a 48-hour party in Muskoka with Kenny Maclean and Platinum Blonde. What a gong show that turned out to be, but I was lucky enough to have experienced their talents up close and personal and spent the night inebriating and taking in all of the stories they had.

So far, I've only come across one worthy track, and again it was DJ MRK (also previously from Platinum Blonde) who showed me the way on this one.

100th Post Yo

I wouldn't have gotten this far if I didn't have readers/downloaders; so props to you.

Don't judge me for this one, but, well just don't. It's not often I throw down questionable tracks, but the remix is good and dirtied it up enough so that the people who really like the original won't like this.

Ok - back to the regular filth.......

Tunesday

Disco sounds with a clean electro rip.

Whoa, Herve goes low all the time. Amazing tune.

Little more rockin' and a lot more punchin'

Wednesday Wickeds

I'm trying to keep on top of it all, so here we go with a very rare (lately) back to back post.

Heavy thunder sound with sexy vocals.

Just wait for this one to kick in - patience my friends.

Canada Day Collection

Sorry for the delay, let's get back to it.

Great remix of Cryptonites classic tune.

Cryptonites - Can't Give You Up (Kill The Noise Remix).mp3
[sundtrack]

Love that voice and couple that with the LA Riots sound and you've got a great early evening track.

[sundtrack]

80's feel with a simple electro progression; another great night-starter.

This one runs a little slower than most but still a very cool piece.

Everyone knows this one, but Lazrtag is Lazrtag.

Open UR Ears and Thursday Tuneage

Another great blog has come across the lines. I find a great similarity between the music posted here and the music posted there, so if you like what you hear here, you're gonna love what you hear there:

Now that credit has been given where credit is due, here are a few tracks I really enjoyed from CYEOYE...

And from around and about on Sunday night...

Tuesday Tuneage

I'm putting them all together for awhile, makes things easier for me with the little time I have at the moment.

Designer Drugs Remixes

Sweet little two-pack for the weekend, great for getting off the highway approaching home for the weekend.

[props to umea for the sounds]

Let's Make Out

Thanks to MRK for playing this one over the air. I'd tried it once before but I guess I didn't give it a chance or my preferences have changed. Either way, it's party of the Friday warmup. Enjoy.

Pass Me A Moulinex?

Sweet, I love the sound that comes out of Moulinex. Not to be confused with a household appliance manufacturer (apparently they are pretty big) but not as big as the sounds that come out of this dude's studio.

The Black Ghosts + Bonus

The Black Ghosts make their second and third entry onto DEHMD with Repetition Kills You. Good tune, late in the track you can faintly make out some sort of original NES song from the late 80s, not sure which one - who cares.

Bonus Track:

[props to electrorash for the sounds]

You Better Call In Sick

This is the first Calling In Sick production I've posted vs the two remixes I posted on here over the few weeks. Not electro house in the conventional sense, but it still has a heavy electro sound to it and the speed and tempo match so it's here and I like it.

Shame On D.I.M

Organ-sounding, but nicely put together. Hopping electro for your Thursday.

Feel The Heavy Nites

Another heavy banger here, very cool progressions, and a very raw sound. Electro at its finest.

Flashback

Heavvvvyyy.... Props to electrocasts for the sound - they always have great bangers on there, but the site is in french so it's tough to get info on the tracks.

Viva La Vida and Telemitry

This is a first for DEHMD - I'd like to present my first reader mix, sounds great! If any one else wants to promote their track or remix, just post a link in the comments or email me.

Van She and Yuksek

Two peeps featured here often are back to combine for a great one. Pretty poppy but still has some kick to it.

Justice and CCC

Thanks to Cam for pointing this one out. I think this is my first Justice post, but my second CCC post. Enjoy.

Let Me Know

This is the first remix I have heard of Coldplay's new release, Violet Hill. Considering the album doesn't come out for a few more days, I'm happy to have this.

Five Feet of Snow in June

Superb selection here, again, thanks to Sundtrack for the link, whoever is behind that blog is moving right along side me on some of his/her selections.

Worry About It Later

Nothing new about this one, but it is one of my all time favorites, and I felt I had to share it with those of you who haven't had the pleasure of it. I've definitely overreacted in the clubs when this comes on, typical really.

A bit about my visitors...

I won't digress much, however, I was reviewing my stats for the blog and was truly surprised with the amount of Australians frequenting this blog. More specifically, the peeps from Sydney and Melbourne are leading the way by a tall margin. I spent some time in Australia when I was a teenager so I'm very happy to see that you guys have that much interest in a Canadian blog, although the music featured here is always universal. Thanks to all of you for your contined patronage, let's get back to the music.
